Natural therapies work gradually and in harmony with the body. When addressing specific health concerns, a programme generally extends over at least three months, allowing sufficient time for the body to respond and for the benefits to develop.

For individuals without health concerns who would like to take a proactive approach to their health, a health optimisation consultation focuses on personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance, relevant testing and basic supplementation where appropriate.

For those with specific health concerns requiring an in-depth assessment and a targeted protocol, an initial consultation is recommended. The initial consultation lasts approximately 90 minutes and provides a comprehensive assessment of current health concerns, medical history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, treatments and relevant aspects of physiological function. Blood tests and functional testing may also be considered when clinically relevant.

 

​Following the consultation, the information gathered is analysed in depth and complemented by a review of the latest relevant scientific literature. A personalised protocol is then developed, integrating nutrition, lifestyle and targeted supplementation according to individual needs.

The protocol is discussed with the client and adapted to individual circumstances, preferences and practical considerations. Recommendations may be refined over time according to progress, response and any new information or test results.

A follow-up consultation can be scheduled around six weeks after the initial consultation to assess progress, address any new concerns and adjust the protocol where necessary.
